what folks

are saying

"Alli is really knowledgeable about being trauma-informed, not only through her language, but as a foundation in her embodiment practices. She attends to the intersections of trauma, stress, marginalization, and oppression from a compassionate, curious, and active stance which is so needed at this time and in the field of yoga. Her use of relevant and contemporary voices in the trauma, embodiment/somatic, and intersectionality fields are were much appreciated."
